How DO I Place an order?

The most convenient way to place an order is on our website! In addition, you can place an order by phone, email or fax. Contact us for assistance.

HOw fast do you deliver?

We are able to process orders in just a day or two, so you could get an order within a week. During the busy 4th quarter, our processing time might be longer, so it is best to get your order in early if you have a 'hard' delivery date. Of course, we always work with customers to ensure you have the products you need, when you need them.

Can I purchase from you for Private use?

We are a wholesale only company. We primarily serve non-profit organizations and large retailers. However, anyone can purchase from us in case quantities on our website

How do you ship orders?

We ship larger orders via major freight carriers, offering our customers the option of a lift gate if they don't have a dock. UPS is our second primary carrier, so orders of < 150 lbs will likely ship UPS.

Where do you ship?

We are currently serving US based customers - including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. An additional surcharge will apply for the non-contiguous US. We can also ship to ports of export for international orders, but do not currently fully process international shipments.

What is return policy?

If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will file a claim with the shipping company. Please inspect the cases when they are delivered - If you see damaged boxes - note that when you sign for the shipment - then notify us so we can go back to the freight company for reimbursement.
