How do I place an order?
The most convenient way to place an order is on our website. You can also place an order by phone with one of our experienced sales managers to assist you.
How do you ship orders?
We ship larger orders via truck, offering our customers the option of appointment deliveries and a lift gate if they don't have a dock. UPS is our carrier for smaller orders.
How fast do you deliver?
We are able to process orders in just a day or two, so you could receive an order within a week. During the busy 4th quarter, our processing time might be longer, so it is best to get your order in early if you have a required delivery date. We always work with customers to ensure you have the products you need, when you need them.
Where do you ship?
We are currently serving US based customers - including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. An additional surcharge will apply for the non-contiguous US. We can also ship to ports of export for international orders, but do not currently fully process international shipments.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns with approval. Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
What is your damage policy?
If merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will file a claim with the shipping company. Please inspect the cases when they are delivered and note damages when you sign for the shipment, then notify us so we can go back to the freight company for reimbursement.
Can I purchase from you for private use?
